Lexington, KY (March 6, 2009) - The United States Dressage Federation (USDF) and Equi-Stretch® Strengthening and Stretching Techniques for the Rider are pleased to invite you to join them for morning stretch sessions at the USDF National Education Center, 8:00-8:45am, from Thursday through Saturday during the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event, April 23-25, at the Kentucky Horse Park.  In addition to the morning stretch class, attendees can enjoy a continental breakfast following the class and the opportunity to purchase the full-length Equi-Stretch® DVDs and Toning Paks on-site.
"The Equi-Stretch sessions we offered in the morning during our convention last year were a huge success and Kristi and Dan are very popular with our members. They have a booth at Rolex so we thought it a good fit to invite them to offer free sessions to Rolex attendees here at the NEC," stated Linda Schultz, Director of Marketing.
Created by brother-sister partnership Dan Weltner and Kristi Weltner Redd, Equi-Stretch® combines Kristi's expertise in horse training and riding instruction with Dan's extensive knowledge of fitness and dance. Their mission is to bring riders closer to the goal of functioning "as one" with their horses.
Equi-Stretch® co-founder, Kristi Weltner Redd added, "My riding students have seen great improvement in their overall strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness since they started to practice these exercises. This method also helps to refine the dialogue between student and teacher so it makes my job as an instructor much easier and the students tend to gain a greater sense of instant gratification at each lesson."
