USDF Connection Magazine Wins American Horse Publications Awards

Lexington, KY (June 24, 2008) - The United States Dressage Federation (USDF) is pleased to announce that the federation magazine USDF Connection received three awards in the American Horse Publications 2008 awards program for material published in 2007.

          In its circulation class, "New Findings in Hoof Care" (May 2007) by  Sally Silverman took first place in the Horse Care editorial category. Catherine Twomey's "DaVinci horse" illustration, the September 2007 cover, won first place in the Open Illustration category. In its circulation category, USDF Connection won the honorable mention for General Excellence, Association Magazine.

          American Horse Publications (AHP) is a non-profit association established in 1970 to promote better understanding and communications within the equine publishing industry.
