USDF Announces Reduction in Membership Processing Time
Lexington, KY (May 31, 2007) - United States Dressage Federation (USDF) announced today that through improved technology, internal processing of online membership and horse registration applications has been reduced from the former two week processing window to approximately three days. USDF members who renew a membership or register a horse online will now have the ability to access their updated cards on the USDF Web site the second day after online submission (mailed applications may require extra processing time).
"Not only does the new technology allow for the internal updating of membership or horse registration status in less than three business days, but it also automatically updates member contact information at the same time. This will allow staff to devote more time to member services and less time on data entry," stated Chad Compton, Director of IT Services.
